1. Scope of applicationSituations where returns are not supported
    Return and exchange requests due to customers’ personal preferences (such as color, size and other subjective factors);
    Goods that have been opened for use or are affected by secondary sales;
    Special offer items or clearance items in promotional activities (clearly marked on the page).
    Exceptional circumstances (Contact for negotiation) :
    The goods are damaged or have serious quality problems during transportation (photo/video proof is required);
    The received goods are seriously inconsistent with the order description (such as incorrect model).
  2. Processing procedure
    If you believe it falls under the above exceptional circumstances, please follow the steps below:
    Contact customer service: Please send an email to seeket@hskqwkitchen.com within 48 hours after receiving the goods, along with the order number, problem description and evidence (such as photos, videos).
    Review feedback: We will verify and reply with the handling plan by email within 3 working days (such as re-sending or partial compensation).
  3. Precautions
    All goods undergo strict quality inspection before shipment. Please inspect the goods on the spot when signing for them.
    Customized products (such as engraved ones and those of special sizes) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
    This policy does not exclude the legal rights you are entitled to under local laws.
