- Shipping region and delivery time
Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Lithuania.
Processing time: After placing an order, we will complete the inventory preparation and shipment within 15 to 30 working days (the processing time may be extended during holidays or promotional periods).
Transportation time: The international transportation time varies by destination and is usually 7 to 20 working days (excluding customs processing time). - Delivery range and cost
We support global delivery, but in some countries/regions, delivery may not be possible due to policy restrictions (please contact us for confirmation before placing an order).
The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the order weight, volume and destination. The final cost will be displayed on the settlement page.
Free shipping policy: Orders over 50 euros are eligible for free shipping within Lithuania. Free shipping for international orders over 100 euros (subject to certain conditions). - Logistics tracking and anomaly handling
After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number. You can track the package through the official website of the carrier, such as DHL/USPS.
If the package has not been delivered within 30 days, please contact us for verification: seeket@hskqwkitchen.com (with order number and logistics screenshot attached). - Customs and Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient. The specific fees are subject to the notice from the local customs.
We are unable to prepay taxes or modify the customs declaration amount. We suggest you check the customs policies of your destination in advance. - Return and undelivered liability
Transportation damage: Please inspect the goods on the spot when signing for them. If damage is found, provide photo evidence within 48 hours for claim.
Logistics lost package: If the logistics department confirms that the package is lost, we will resend it for free or refund it (subject to cooperation with the investigation).
